Text message programs

Sierra Real Estate, represented by Lis Mazza Rosales, offers two optional text message programs. You choose each one separately by checking its box on our contact form.

Community Updates (marketing and informational texts): recurring messages with recent home sales in Three Rivers, Visalia and nearby areas, local housing market information, neighborhood and community news, property information and real estate insights, and links to Community Update pages. These messages may be promotional.
Nonmarketing (informational) texts: messages about your inquiries, appointments and the services you request.

Message frequency: message frequency varies. Community Updates are recurring.

Cost: message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent. You can rejoin by replying START.

Consent: consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. Neither box is required to contact us.
