This policy explains how Lis Mazza Rosales and Sierra Real Estate ("we", "us", "our") collect, use and protect personal information submitted through this website (lis.communityupdatehome.com), by phone, by email, and through our text messages.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, mobile phone number, and the message you send through our contact form, plus anything you tell us when you call, email or text us.
Your text message choices: whether you checked either optional text message consent box, the date and time of your submission, and the web page you submitted it from. We keep this as a record of your consent.
Your replies: replies to our text messages and emails, including STOP and HELP requests.
Technical information: basic information your browser sends when you submit the form, such as IP address, browser type and the page address.
Real estate inquiry information: if you contact us about a property, we may receive the property address and your question from the listing website you used (for example Zillow, Redfin or Realtor.com).

How we use it

To answer your questions and help you buy, sell or learn about real estate.
To contact you by phone, email or text about your inquiry, appointments and services you request.
To send Community Update text messages, which are recurring and may be promotional, only if you checked the marketing text message box.
To keep records of your consent and your opt-out choices, and to meet our legal and licensing obligations.

Real estate inquiry communications

When you contact us about a property or a real estate service, we use your details to reply to that request. We do not add you to marketing text messages because you made an inquiry; marketing texts require your separate consent.

Community Update messages

If you opt in, Sierra Real Estate, represented by Lis Mazza Rosales, may send you recurring Community Update text messages. These can include recent home sales in Three Rivers, Visalia and nearby areas, local housing market information, neighborhood and community news, property information and real estate insights, and links to Community Update pages. Some of these messages are promotional.

Text messaging (SMS)

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers necessary to deliver the messaging service.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with anyone for their own marketing. You can opt in on our contact form by checking either optional, unchecked box: one for marketing and informational texts (Community Updates) and one for nonmarketing texts about your inquiries and appointments. Sending a message without checking a box does not sign you up for texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, and you will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Links to other websites

Our messages and pages may link to Community Update pages and to other websites, such as listing sites or public records. Websites we do not operate have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.

Service providers

We use service providers to run our business, and they handle information only on our behalf: our CRM and messaging platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector), which stores contact records and sends texts and emails; our website host (Vercel); and our email provider. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or to people you ask us to share it with, such as a lender or another agent in your transaction.

Information security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access-controlled accounts, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Data retention

We keep contact and inquiry records for as long as we have a business relationship with you and as required for real estate record-keeping. We keep consent and opt-out records for as long as needed to prove consent and honor your choices. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to records we must keep by law.

Your choices and California rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, using the details below. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we will honor verified requests. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
